HRIS Implementation at DOTLINES :

I orchestrated a highly successful HRIS software implementation at DOTLINES, navigating and overcoming various challenges with keen technical knowledge and unwavering dedication. Armed with specialized cross-sectional expertise in both project management and technical intricacies, I ensured the seamless resolution of complex issues. The implementation not only addressed these challenges but also significantly enhanced the efficiency of HR processes, showcasing the effectiveness of a strategic and well-executed approach.

HRIS Implementation at Finlays Tea:

I successfully spearheaded the implementation of a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at Finlays Company, streamlining and optimizing various HR processes. Leveraging my expertise, I ensured a seamless transition, enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and overall workforce management. The implemented HRIS has significantly contributed to improved decision-making and strategic HR planning within the organization.

HRIS Implementation at JF&I Packaging Limited Bangladesh :

I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful implementation of a sophisticated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at JF&I Packaging Limited Bangladesh. Through my leadership, I facilitated a smooth transition, optimizing HR processes and elevating data accuracy and operational efficiency. The HRIS implementation has empowered the organization with enhanced decision-making capabilities and strategic workforce management.

Data Terminal:

Bangladesh’s first Data portal for Economic, Company and Industry data developed by my team while working as Lead Technology, Data and Business Development and was team lead for this project at BIZDATA INSIGHTS

BIZTRADE BD:

The all-in-one B2B platform for suppliers and buyers to find, connect and communicate. Developed using WordPress by my team while working as Specialists, Technology and Data, was team lead for this project at BIZDATA TRADE BD.

BIZDATA SOLUTIONS:

The best solutions in the areas of data science, machine learning, cloud computing, AI and in the latest technology field provider. ICT Scholarship 2017: SPECIAL FUND FOR DOING RESEARCH
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Division Excellence Scholarships to meriorious and talented researchers. The scholarship allows Undergraduate level proggrammes in the field of Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture taught at University of Queensland . The purpose of the scholarships is to encourage and assist first-year students in studying information and communications technology.

BRAC Onnesha Nano Satellite: MEMBER OF BRAC ONNESHA NANO SATELLITE GROUND STATION

BRAC Onnesha was the first nanosatellite built in Bangladesh to be launched into space. The satellite was designed and built in conjunction with Kyushu Institute . BRAC University has built a ground station at its Mohakhali campus to analze data and photographs sent from space for further research purposes. BRAC Onnesha was a nanosatellite shaped as a 10 centimetres (3.9 in) cube capable of completing one orbit 400 kilometres (250 mi) above the ground in 90 minutes and passing over Bangladesh four to six times a day. The primary objective of the satellite was to image vegetation, urbanization, flood, water resources, and forestry.

Amateur Radio license: HAM RADIO OPERATOR CALL SIGN S21BF

Amateur radio (also called ham radio) is the use of designated radio frequency spectra for purposes of private recreation, non-commercial exchange of messages, wireless experimentation, self-training, and emergency communication. Amateur or ham radios may serve as the one of the important means of telecommunication in case of natural disasters or other emergencies. BTRC provides licenses and call-signs for amateur radio operators in the VHF and UHF bands.
